A few months ago, I wrote a post here at FamousBloggers.net called the 5 reasons why I’m disliking your Facebook page. I’ve got a huge respons which made me thrilled, and while I was browsing through the internet today, I found this awesome infographic that is some how related to my article, but showing the opposite side.

    It's a breath taking info-graphic describing the requirements and necessities of a loyal customer and his expectations from this favorite brand. It can be supposed as a better way of converting the prospects into customers, instead of going for a conventional marketing campaign.

    Nice infographic explaining the customer-brand relationship. I am astonished to see the 2%-4% margins of the people who do not considering buying a product from the page they like. It seems that fan pages and twitter profiles really work for businesses.

    Great infographic, it seems that many people follow brands to get special offers and deals, that's really interesting, I was expecting the numper 1 reason to be that they are current customers or because they want entertaining content, thanks for sharing this Faissal...

    Thanks for sharing this very informative info-graphic, Guess giveaways and sweepstakes are the way to go, although I personally felt that users acquired that way doesn't engage much.

    The thing that stood out here for me was how ppl respond to special offers. This is why I changed my welcome tab for the HowPeopleMakeMoneyOnline fanpage to something that encourages a LIKE while immediately offering valuable tools you can not get through my other online properties. If branding was not important corporations wouldn't spend multi millions of dollars on television spots which sometimes do not sell anything at all. Instead it's usually a quirky sometimes hilarious bit designed to make them stick inside your subconscious! Heck, these corporations will spend millions just on the research alone!

    Faissal - I am surprised at just how overwhelming the evidence is. Especially in the graphic "What Happens When People Follow a Brand". My take is, if you can get someone to follow your brand online, they will buy from you and refer you to others. The ultimate in consumer engagement!
