Get MMO Social Network Vote Button Plugin for WordPress

Good news today for our MMO social network members and Drigg community, we are so glad to pronounce that our MMO bookmark site has a working WordPress plugin to display MMO Network vote button on your WordPress blogs. The new plugin has a display options to easily embed the EVB external vote button on your blog posts and pages, and also set where exactly you want your button to show.

I was trying to find the best solution for wordpress blogs who may want to promote our MMO social network by adding our voting button to their blogs,  and give them an easy way plus the control from inside their Wordpress dashboard to display the button anywhere they want without having to edit any code manually.

Download the plugin

Visit MMO Social network to get MMO vote button plugin from the download page, I have tested the plugin on FamousBloggers blog for a while before make it available for download just to let you know it’s working, so plz send me feedback if there is any issues.

MMO vote plugin instalation

Just simple like any other WordPress plugin installation, extract the fine and ftp it to your plugins directory and activate from Plugins > installed > MMO vote button.

For MMO network members

In case you don’t know which CMS and modules we are running on MMO Network, we are using Drupal 6 with Drigg module, so basically it’s a Drupal site using Drigg module to have the bookmark and voting features enabled on the site, it’s a wonderful Drupal module.

For Drigg module users and everybody

This could be an exciting news for Drigg module users as well, and all those who are interested in building their social bookmarking sites, because this is the first time this plugin works, and I never sow is somewhere else working, so feel free to check it out and make it work for your website, also plz share what you came up with if there is some additional development you have add to the plugin.

For those who asked me about Drupal and Drigg

Some of our readers and other visitors contacted me recently asking me if I can post some extra information about how to build a social bookmark website using Drupal and Drigg, and I am actually with a fuzzy memory right now as this project started a few months back, there are tones of customization steps and lots of work to get Drupal and Drigg to work in the best form, so I am going to try to post about Drigg more latter if there is a chance, I really like to help you all but I have to say that is not a promise!

Note: The MMO Vote button plugin is not a new born plugin, it’s a a tweak of the drigg_drigg social plugin, which is a tweak of digg_digg plugin you can find more information on Drupal forums about it.

    I would recommend going to the creators of the Sociable Plugin and submitting the plugin for consideration to be integrated into a future update of the plugin. I built a simple social bookmark site for bloggers using WordPress as its core (blogrity.com). Right now, I am finding that I need to get through the same issue you all did to create a social bookmark button that people can bring back and install on their own websites. .-= Nile´s last blog ..So You Want To Hire A Freelancer =-.

Have you thought about how you will be able to add your button on other Wordpress blogs?
