      High PR starts from 4 I guess, so I think LinkWorth will accept your blog of 4 PR Alison! I am using the InLinks, it's the sister of TLA, and comparing to each other LinkWorth has more wide range of advertising platforms, and also it has a pay per post option and much more, you are going to be confused a little bit if you want to take all it's benefits, I am still learning how to use it, you can check out their website for more information if you are interested.
