4 Crystal Clear Reasons Why People Do Not Trust You

Face it. People do not trust you. They run from you. They hide from you. They promise to join your network marketing team, then back out. Or they promise to buy your product, then never fork out the cash. This is a trust issue.

Plain and simple. Believe it or not, it might be your fault. How?

Trust Issues 101

Let’s face it…

People on the internet are not real until they are real. At least they are not human, until they call us on the phone. Or they upload a video of themselves talking. Or maybe they plaster shiny, smiling pictures of themselves, doing stuff outside of the home business. This is the human element. This is what makes you stand out from the network marketing crowd.

Few people appear to be human. Nope. The majority post ads all day long on Facebook Groups, not too human looking, me thinks. You need to get a life, and show it, on social networks, to gain the trust of your target market.

You need to help people through videos, you need to post shiny pictures of yourself, taking vacations, spending time with da fam. Stuff humans do.

No Pictures Anywhere

You are not a cat. You are not a logo. You are a person, a human being.

People want to work with humans, and tend to trust humans, but they would have a tough time trusting Ryan Biddulph, if Ryan’s avatar on Facebook was a cat, because it is tough to work with cats. At least if you plan to make money online.

Post smiling pictures of yourself on social networks. Make people see that you are, in fact, human. Bump up your trust factor. Prosper.

No Videos Anywhere

This one is a biggie. You have an amazing medium through which people can see that yep, you are human. It is called video, and when you post helpful videos persistently people tend to trust you fast. I have spoken to more than a few people who stress to me that my videos made me stand out from the crowd in my niche. These people joined my team because they trusted me, and seeing me speak on video was a huge part of gaining these individual’s trust.

Shoot at least 1 to 2 videos each week.

Stop your excuses. Just shoot the darn videos, upload and gain the trust of your target market.

You Never Pick Up the Phone

Another goodie I hear from so many of my team members: “when I called, you called back.”

Internet marketers tend to think that their duties are online duties, and rarely deal with all that silly offline stuff like calling people back or meeting them in person. Some network marketing coaches feel the same way, and absolutely blow a chance to gain the trust of a prospect.

When you hear somebody on the phone, again, it makes them real, human. A bond forms, a connection develops and someone trusts you now. The more people who trust you, the better for you, as you grow your target audience and make money online with increasing ease as your trust factor increases.

You Have No Blog

Now I just KNOW most FamousBloggers readers run a blog.

But a select few do not, and a few who run blogs link up to their squeeze page in the comments section. Bad move. I do not trust you, if you do not share your insight with me. If you do not share how to make money online with your home business, for free, with your blog, how can I trust you?

If you push me into your squeeze page without offering me anything of value through your blog, you see dollar signs, when you see me, and you are trying to get something for nothing, and you see me as some tool, so bump you, I do not trust you.

Run a blog folks!
