Today I received an email from Examiner Recruitment Team by CareerBuilder.com service as I am registered to their service in my tries to find a decent job in Houston, the email encouraged me to join Examiner.om which is a community for local freelancer writers, the email didn’t talk about any salary, payments, nothing but at the end it says employment opportunity as it’s a writing for money site. By curiosity I wanted to know more about examiner job and how much I can earn from writing at examiner site.
What is Examiner.om
Examiner.com claim to be one of the fastest growing websites for local news and information. Serving 234 U.S. markets and 6 Canadian markets, Examiner.com connects consumers with a premium blend of news and information from the best local sources.
All is good till now, but like always I love to find out what people say and think about it, I just need to know where is the employment opportunity, because I can not find it yet! And I would like to know if they will pay me for writing for them for real or not!
The Truth of Examiner.com
I found a very interesting post at writersweekly.com from Examiners and former Examiners, those who got pissed off by the payments issues and the service, they spend lots of time writing for this site without good return, I see that the Average is $1.46 per article which is too low and will only result in you having to get payday loans to get by.
Anyways it’s up to you to decide whether to join or not after taking a look into the information a the end of the that article and see by yourself How Much Are Examiner.com Writers Really Earning!
Examiner.com pays $5 for each valid application
This could be a bright side of Examiner.com if this affiliate works, but what I see is their affiliate is a pending application, so it may not work! And I am wondering why they promote it on their website. Anyways, when talking about earning money from Examiner.com, because it seem that writing for money is a nightmare as you will have to spend all your life writing for Examiner.om before you receive $100, so the affiliate should work better, as they promise to pay you $5 for each new member you referred to their site and join. (note that the link to join Examiner.com is my affiliate link, so suppose that I will may earn $5 when if you join by clicking on that link)
So, what you will really Get from joining Examiner.com?
